What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy AI and machine learning components within client projects.
• Develop GenAI and LLM-based features including prompting, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Execute classical data science tasks such as data preparation, feature engineering, and model training.
• Translate solution designs into clean, production-minded code.
• Contribute to model evaluation, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to junior and graduate resources.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites for extended periods.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common data/ML libraries.
• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, prompting, and RAG.
• Familiarity with AI agent orchestration.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud AI platforms, specifically Azure.
• Experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Prior experience mentoring junior colleagues.
• Interest in consulting and client-facing delivery.
