What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP-related technology projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk management.
• Lead recurring project meetings with functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to align priorities.
• Triage system and integration issues across ERP, procurement tools, and middleware platforms.
• Partner with procurement and logistics stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Develop rollout plans, cutover procedures, and post-go-live support processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required.
• 5–7+ years of project or technical program management experience.
• 5+ years managing SAP-related technology programs and integration-heavy delivery efforts.
• 3–5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba modules and procurement workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, logistics, and materials management modules.
• Strong understanding of middleware, APIs, and integration technologies.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical/business degree.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba SCC, Sourcing, or Contracts.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio management platforms like SAP EPPM.
• Background in procurement, logistics, or complex supply chain environments.
