Senior Director Product Vertical Oscilloscopes (Hardware Development)

What you will do

• Lead the business and strategic direction of the oscilloscopes vertical by translating market insights into an ambitious product roadmap.
• Hold end-to-end P&L accountability to drive commercial growth and operational excellence.
• Manage and develop R&D and product management teams to ensure high performance and clear strategic impact.
• Establish and grow strategic customer relationships in collaboration with sales and business development.
• Coordinate long-term R&D capacity planning, budget allocation, and project prioritization.
• Provide leadership through organizational transformation and mentor senior talent.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• Proven senior management and leadership experience in R&D, product management, or sales.
• Demonstrated track record of P&L responsibility and driving organizational change.
• Expertise in product planning and operational excellence within technical organizations.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
