What you will do

• Manage projects of medium and high complexity, including team activities, documentation, and planning.
• Maintain daily communication with business stakeholders and internal departments.
• Shape and manage business expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables conform to budget, scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Define project milestones and identify solutions for project growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience as a Project/Program Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects within FMCG or integration/product companies.
• Hands-on background in managing fixed-price projects.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English required.
• Understanding of application development and SDLC concepts.
