What you will do

• Manage and set up technical configurations via the web interface to ensure product functionality.
• Handle and resolve technical tickets escalated from L1 support, performing deep-dive log analysis when necessary.
• Configure betting rates within the system.
• Collaborate with the L3 support team to resolve the most complex technical queries.
• Create, write, and maintain detailed technical documentation from scratch.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in L2 technical support.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency, both written and verbal, for technical communication.
• Experience with systems built on client-server architecture.
• Proficiency in using browser-based developer consoles for troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle routine technical tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and Jira.
• Technical education or experience in DevOps, system administration, or programming.
• Experience in the online gambling/iGaming industry.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Prior project management experience.
