What you will do

• Create and manage project delivery schedules and resource management plans for the IMS domain.
• Deliver IMS technical project scope, including network functions deployment, integration, and upgrades.
• Lead and manage the IMS technical project team, assigning tasks and monitoring execution.
• Define IMS software implementation and upgrade strategies, including target versions and installation sequences.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical project risks while acting as the main technical advisor for stakeholders.
• Ensure quality of technical processes, including procedure development, lab rehearsals, and RCA for incidents.

Requirements

• Must be located in Ukraine with valid work permits.
• Proven experience in IMS domain technical project delivery.
• Technical expertise in SBC, CFX, TAS, MSS, and MGW.
• Ability to define software implementation strategies and manage technical project documentation.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate engineers and facilitate technical meetings.
• Proficiency in managing technical tickets and coordinating maintenance windows.
