What you will do

• Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile application.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Create clear and detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and resolving day-to-day challenges.
• Structure and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and Figma.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets established product and business standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content project management within a commercial or non-profit organization.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including brief creation and deadline tracking.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to optimize workflows and identify process improvements.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
