Insight Analyst

TL;DR

Insight Analyst (Data Analytics): Supporting global FMCG clients by delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on research and sales data with an accent on stakeholder management and data storytelling. Focus on analyzing category performance, creating impactful presentations, and driving business growth strategies through data-driven decision-making.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid role at Gdanski Business Center II).

Salary: PLN 86,100 – PLN 114,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders by delivering analytical insights and presentations.
• Analyze large data sets to identify drivers of category and brand performance at the country level.
• Manage expectations and coordinate the analytical pipeline to ensure consistent delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to team missions through participation in strategic internal projects and knowledge sharing.
• Support team members during client meetings and presentations.
• Foster a deep understanding of client business priorities to provide relevant recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in an analytical capacity.
• Fluent English (C1 level) required.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical confidence and data visualization skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in FMCG, T&D, Retail, or market research.
• Knowledge of hirify.global or GfK data systems.
