What you will do

• Develop and grow a roster of mid-tier and micro creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage end-to-end program operations, including briefing, contracting, content review, and payment coordination.
• Build and evolve the UGC infrastructure, including creator databases, brief templates, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Establish content quality standards and brand guardrails to ensure compliance across platforms and legal requirements.
• Define KPI frameworks (engagement, CTR, CVR) and lead performance reviews to optimize program direction.
• Coordinate with Influencer, Creator Commerce, and Paid Media teams to integrate creator output into broader campaign strategies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations.
• Demonstrated experience building programs at scale within the UK & Ireland market.
• Hands-on experience with creator platforms like CreatorIQ, Later, Mavrck, or Mavely.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to create and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate-adjacent creator models.
• Experience with UGC content for paid amplification.
