Salary: $57,860 - $90,953

What you will do

• Perform 24/7 eyes-on-glass monitoring of dashboards and alerting tools to detect production issues and disruptions.
• Acknowledge and process service requests through Jira, ensuring Critical requests are handled within 5 minutes and High requests within 15 minutes.
• Apply severity classifications (Critical, High, Medium, Low) to incoming incidents and initiate coordination calls with leadership.
• Document initial incident conditions and support SREs in creating formal incident reports.
• Track availability and reachability metrics to support weekly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting.
• Manage shift handoff procedures to ensure continuity of awareness regarding ongoing issues and maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident who has lived in the US for at least 3 years.
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance is required.
• 3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) and 24/7 IT operations environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Working knowledge of AWS service names, Kubernetes terminology, and basic cloud platform concepts.
• Experience supporting federal government programs and enterprise-scale applications.

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
