What you will do

• Design and scale REST APIs and high-volume data processing pipelines across distributed systems.
• Architect backend services for high throughput and low-latency performance.
• Develop event-driven applications using Python, Typescript, C#, and AWS-native services.
• Improve system reliability and scalability across microservices and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with architects, DevOps, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor developers and guide code reviews to raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• 3+ years of experience with Typescript, Node.js, or C#.
• Advanced experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Proven experience working with large datasets, distributed computing, and batch or stream processing (Spark, Dask, Kafka, etc.).
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability patterns, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to document solutions clearly and participate in technical discussions.
