What you will do

• Advise financial institutions on business strategy, operating models, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop pragmatic, value-driven consulting solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Lead transformation projects from concept to implementation, including business analysis and process design.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and prepare executive-level decision materials.
• Perform business assessments, benchmarking, and market research to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive organizational change through stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in management consulting or the financial services industry (preferably banking).
• Proven track record in delivering business transformation, digitalization, or process improvement projects.
• Solid experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (mandatory) and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, or SRE).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
