What you will do

• Lead vertically focused quality initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Own technical problems end-to-end, driving execution across engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate market needs into engineering priorities.
• Contribute hands-on to the stack, including bidding logic and advertiser-facing surfaces.
• Incubate new ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable product capabilities.
• Represent technical context for key advertisers to improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Senior, hands-on engineering experience with a track record of leading large, ambiguous initiatives.
• Experience in ads quality, traffic quality, search quality, or feed quality systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to operate with breadth, switching between strategic, technical, and operational work.
• Experience leading a domain or product area requiring alignment across multiple teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
