What you will do

• Translate company-wide and departmental strategies into complex financial plans.
• Set annual budgets and monitor financial performance to maximize long-term returns.
• Develop insightful analysis of performance across countries, user segments, and campaigns.
• Create structured approaches to marketing spend and performance tracking.
• Define financial and growth KPIs to incentivize and maximize performance.
• Utilize and create AI-driven tools to automate financial performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance at a top-tier tech company.
• Excellent financial modeling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking.
• CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certification.
