What you will do

  • Establish and grow RUCKUS presence among existing and new customers within a specific territory in the CALA region.
  • Drive incremental revenue through the management of strategic sales initiatives and pipeline development.
  • Execute marketing and promotional campaigns across the defined territory.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with strategic channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion into untapped markets.
  • Develop detailed account plans for large, high-value recurrent accounts.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of in-person selling experience with enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, LAN, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale network infrastructure projects in Brazilian verticals (Agribusiness, Manufacturing & Logistics, Healthcare, Higher Education).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
  • Technical knowledge of LAN/WLAN technologies and the competitive landscape.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications for daily activity management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
