What you will do

• Lead the implementation and daily management of the new East Midlands distribution site.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs while meeting business targets.
• Build and lead a team of direct reports, from operative level upwards.
• Improve business processes within fast-paced distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Ensure work content is accurately passed to the warehouse to meet changing demand.
• Invest in team development and training to achieve internal and external service level agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fast-paced distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Must be able to work onsite near Nottingham, UK.
