What you will do

• Develop and drive the Group Supply Chain strategy aligned with business growth and project delivery.
• Lead strategic sourcing to strengthen and diversify the global supplier base.
• Negotiate and manage long-term supplier agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs.
• Build key supplier partnerships and monitor global commodity and logistics trends.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and lead the development of supply chain systems.
• Manage high-value and critical supplier contracts to ensure cost, time, and quality goals are met.

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in procurement and supply chain within construction or heavy engineering.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and leading high-value commercial negotiations.
• Experience sourcing complex, bespoke engineered equipment from a global supplier base.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel, OEM equipment, fabricated assemblies, and coated products.
• Strong commercial acumen to balance cost, risk, and delivery.
