What you will do

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Corporate Services categories, specifically HR, Workplace Services, and Global Travel.
  • Act as the primary commercial partner for HR leadership to drive strategic sourcing for tools, systems, and global benefits.
  • Own the global Travel & Expense (T&E) category, managing policies and leading negotiations with airlines, hotels, and TMCs.
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms in partnership with Legal and Security, with a focus on GDPR and European data privacy regulations.
  • Champion the rollout and adoption of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) orchestration platform ("Procurement Center").
  • Mentor members of the Procurement organization and refine tools for tracking deal velocity and value delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise negotiations with measurable EBITDA impact in high-growth environments.
  • Deep market knowledge of HR technology, global corporate travel, and workplace/facilities management.
  • Strong regional acumen regarding EMEA labor nuances and European data privacy frameworks.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, including TCO, ROI, and spend-under-management analysis.
