📋 Description

• Ingest and understand complex revenue management concepts from specs and SMEs.
• Write, edit, and maintain guides, release notes, API docs, and help content.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and QA to verify technical information; maintain style guide consistency and IA across the doc set.
• Manage documentation within a CCMS/help authoring tool.
• Participate in content reviews; drive quality metrics; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, classification, and content QA while preserving voice and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical writing experience, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous systems into clear content; domain exposure matters less.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong English grammar, style, and structured writing (DITA/topic-based authoring a plus).
• Experience with MadCap Flare and Confluence; basic Git/GitHub.
• AI Tools Experience (Required): Hands-on with AI/LLM tools (Claude/ChatGPT) for drafting and QA; prompt engineering.
