What you will do

• Define and implement a documentation framework, style guides, and standards for all product content.
• Develop user guides, feature documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Support teams to gather and validate technical information.
• Audit and maintain the centralized knowledge base to ensure content accuracy and version control.
• Leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Notion AI to automate first drafts and summarize technical inputs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Documentation Specialist.
• Experience working with software products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in configuring and using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Miro AI, Notion AI) to automate workflows.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and structured documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in developer or API documentation.
• Background in the EV, energy, or mobility domains.
• Experience setting up documentation systems from scratch.
• Basic UX writing or content design experience.
