What you will do

• Create clear instructions for the installation, adjustment, and calibration of hirify.global technology.
• Collaborate with Developers, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to clarify complex technical details.
• Analyze user needs and organize high-technical information into structured, easy-to-follow guides.
• Prepare illustrations and edit text using professional authoring software and Content Management Systems.
• Test written materials with actual users to ensure clarity and usability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and evolving documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Languages, Engineering, or Technology (or High School diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience).
• Fluency in written English with experience in Simplified Technical English (S.T.E.).
• Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., SDL Tridion).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment wearing protective coveralls and gear.

Nice to have

• Experience with XML editors such as Arbortext or Oxygen.
• Proficiency with illustration software like Siemens Teamcenter Visualization or Photoshop.
• A portfolio of previously created user manuals or technical guides.
