What you will do

  • Define and own the global brand architecture, positioning, and long-term vision for the aesthetics portfolio.
  • Develop global messaging frameworks that articulate clear points of differentiation for next-generation recombinant molecules.
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific data into credible, compelling brand narratives for HCPs, injectors, and consumers.
  • Lead global launch readiness, including the development of creative platforms, brand playbooks, and messaging toolkits.
  • Manage creative and branding agency partners to ensure consistent brand expression and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure evidence-based and compliant brand positioning.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in global brand strategy, marketing, or strategic communications within medical aesthetics, consumer health, or luxury goods.
  • Proven track record in global product launches and building brand architecture in competitive categories.
  • Strong ability to translate complex scientific innovation into accessible and compelling brand narratives.
  • Experience operating in global, cross-functional environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • English: Fluent (spoken and written) required.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
