What you will do
- Define and execute the European Digital Shelf Excellence strategy for the Prestige portfolio.
- Partner with Global Brand teams to develop content guidelines and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of localization and content agencies for high-quality delivery.
- Analyze brand and category performance across Europe to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Track and optimize key KPIs including content compliance, visibility, and conversion.
- Lead content audits and implement automation tools to improve scalability and execution efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Digital Shelf, eCommerce Content, or Digital Marketing, preferably in Beauty or FMCG.
- Deep understanding of the European eRetail landscape and PDP optimization best practices.
- Proven experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset capable of transforming data into business strategies.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France.
