What you will do

• Provide technical product support, including hotline assistance, customer visits, and training.
• Develop customized software and applications to ensure seamless integration of products into customer systems.
• Create application notes, sales content, and technical documentation to broadcast usage models.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Managers to review product roadmaps and ensure market acceptance.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Verify and escalate firmware and design issues reported by sales and application teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a technical equivalent.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, including 3 years of site service for Telecommunication or Test and Measurement products.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Valid Philippine Driver’s License and familiarity with Philippine roads and rules.
• Must be based in or able to work in Makati City, Philippines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues and provide pre- and post-sales support.
