What you will do

• Provide technical direction and interpret design drawings and specification requirements for subcontractors.
• Manage, review, and respond to Contractor Information Requests (CIRs) within the assigned discipline.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with technical requirements and CPM project schedules.
• Prepare extra work authorization requests and perform quantity take-offs for construction planning and invoice approval.
• Collaborate with the Field Quality Assurance Manager to perform inspections and test verifications.
• Maintain daily site logs and oversee site document control activities for design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent foreign institution.
• 1 to 2 years of design experience.
• 0 to 1 year of construction management experience in similar facility construction.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment onboarding, including criminal background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Experience with renewable energy projects, specifically Wind and Solar.
• Working knowledge of cost control and project scheduling.
• Ability to perform field estimates and material take-offs.
