What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Client Experience Coordinators.
  • Own the end-to-end post-sale buyer experience, from invoicing through to final delivery.
  • Define shipping strategies based on property value, destination risk, cost, and client expectations.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and shipping failures.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure accurate international shipping documentation.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the client journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in client service, operations, or logistics.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
  • Must be able to read and write Traditional Chinese.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or premium clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred.
