What you will do

• Define and communicate the platform vision and roadmaps focused on customer trust and platform readiness.
• Research and prioritize the needs of external IT administrators, DevOps, and security teams.
• Interact directly with users on product forums to integrate feedback and identify opportunities.
• Design cross-product foundational features such as data residency and advanced access controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to solve complex usability and system problems.
• Balance continuous innovation with platform consolidation and stability.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of enterprise platform pillars including data isolation, customer-managed encryption, and API best practices.
• Technical knowledge of self-hosted deployment, cloud-native environments, and multi-region deployments.
• Experience in software product management, specifically managing platform products in an agile context.
• Understanding of current developments in AI-assisted coding and their impact on platform scale.
• Must be based in Geneva or be able to relocate to Switzerland.
