Research Manager - Automotive Industry (Market Research)

What you will do

• Lead junior research analysts in delivering consistent, high-quality, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, category, and related functions.
• Translate client needs into research, analytics, and training solutions covering Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper, and qualitative research.
• Manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Coach and develop analysts while promoting innovative approaches and sharing best practices across internal teams.
• Present compelling insights and actionable recommendations, while identifying opportunities for Account Development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, insights delivery, or market research, preferably in an agency environment.
• Prior exposure to or strong interest in the automotive industry.
• Experience working in an analytical environment and delivering projects on time.
• Strong client relationship-building, verbal and written communication, presentation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Coaching or managerial experience with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
