Salary: PLN 17,000 – 26,600 gross monthly (for Poland)

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities and create a prioritized SEO roadmap.
• Own end-to-end production of SEO landing pages using the in-house CMS.
• Drive technical SEO improvements and scalable site-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve search presence across retail and business products.
• Build LLM-powered tooling to accelerate and scale team output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO.
• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale websites with 1M+ indexed pages.
• Experience leading complex SEO projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to work with product and engineering teams on technical solutions.
• Experience planning SEO strategy for multi-language websites.
• Technical fluency to build custom LLM pipelines and leverage APIs for data extraction at scale.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, tech, or SaaS.
• Understanding of payments or e-commerce ecosystems.
