What you will do
- Manage APAC financial reporting deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee regional compliance, including business licenses, permits, and statutory regulatory filings.
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal accounting policies.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to provide financial insights to management.
- Lead process automation and standardization initiatives using ERP and AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and consultants to resolve operational and audit issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, or audit support.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience with APAC government compliance and regulatory processes.
- Ability to engage in person with Philippine government offices and report to the office as needed.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office.

- Experience in a multinational or BPO/SSC environment.
- Background in automation, data analysis, or AI-enabled financial tools.
