TL;DR
Commercial Legal Intern (AI): Supporting commercial contract negotiation and day-to-day legal operations for an AI-powered experience orchestration platform with an accent on SaaS agreements, compliance, and IP matters. Location: Amsterdam (Flexible). Must be enrolled in an academic program in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.

What you will do
- Review commercial contracts, including Cloud services, SaaS, channel partner, and professional services agreements.
- Support the EMEA Legal team in day-to-day legal operations and business-related legal matters.
- Assist with complex RFP responses, internal business requests, and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate on compliance, regulatory, privacy, and IP matters.
- Maintain templates and playbooks to ensure consistency and accuracy in legal knowledge sharing.
- Interact with internal stakeholders and business partners across different teams and countries.
Requirements
- Enrolled in the final year of an LL.B. program in Dutch or European law, or currently pursuing an LL.M.
- Must be enrolled in an academic program in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Ability to work from the Amsterdam office when required.
- Strong organizational and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in an additional European language.
- Focus on business, contract, commercial, technology, or privacy law.
