Paralegal Intern (Ecommerce)

TL;DR

Paralegal Intern (Legal): Supporting the international business growth by assisting legal counsels in diverse fields with an accent on legal operations and contract management. Focus on developing legal tooling, drafting regulatory memos, and coordinating corporate housekeeping.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam). Must be enrolled in a Dutch University for the whole duration of the next academic year.

What you will do

• Support legal operations and maintain the case management system.
• Draft internal memos on legal, regulatory, and compliance topics.
• Review standard agreements such as NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Develop and update the Legal Knowledge Hub with templates and guidelines.
• Coordinate corporate housekeeping, including signing and notarizing documents.
• Prepare training materials and guidelines for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Dutch University for the whole duration of the next academic year.
• Minimum duration of 6 months (traineeship).
• Degree or certification in law (Bachelor's preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Residency in the Netherlands (Amsterdam region preferred).
• Proficiency in using various digital tools and a "hands-on" mentality.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch.
