What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of Quarterly Access Reviews (QAR) across all in-scope systems.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready tracking data in Excel and document remediation in Jira.
• Prepare QAR status reports and summaries for CISO stakeholders and the PMO.
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing detailed evidence packages.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure timely user access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Identify and flag gaps or anomalies during reviews for further assessment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and structured data management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for task management and workflow tracking.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented working style.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet recurring deadlines.
• English: Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SOX IT compliance and IT general controls (ITGCs).
• Exposure to access management or identity governance concepts.
• Experience working in an audit, GRC, or IT compliance environment.
• Knowledge of common enterprise systems such as ERP, IAM, or ITSM platforms.
