Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Arlington, TX or Detroit, MI), 2 times a week in office

What you will do

• Develop and implement process improvements and new standards for IT services.
• Analyze audit requests and findings to provide consultation on remediation and formal responses.
• Lead compliance projects across various IT areas and execute compliance reviews.
• Maintain IT risks, controls, policies, and action plans within the GRC system.
• Negotiate compliance timeframes by interfacing between auditors, IT management, and business personnel.
• Identify and establish necessary technology process improvements using formal methods like Six Sigma.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of audit or technology compliance experience.
• Strong expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and operational systems.
• Familiarity with security frameworks including ISO, NIST, and FFIEC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No employment sponsorship available (including H-1B, TN, L1, and OPT visas).

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CIPP or other technology compliance credentials.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
