What you will do

• Assist the HSE Manager in achieving excellence in HSE and ensuring compliance with legal and government regulations.
• Enforce safety policies, guidelines, and organizational procedures across the site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify risks and support the development of risk management strategies.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents and near misses, overseeing corrective actions.
• Support the conduction of HSE training and programs to increase safety awareness among all employees.
• Liaise with other departments to implement HSE-related activities and provide day-to-day departmental support.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
• Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
