What you will do

• Execute factory scheduling for tactical and mid-range horizons.
• Coordinate supply management benchmarks between upstream and downstream factories and customers.
• Manage supply WIP analysis, inventory control, and routing optimization to maximize output.
• Collaborate with IE, Manufacturing, and Logistics on capacity requirements and what-if scenario analysis.
• Perform supply chain risk analysis and respond to factory excursions.
• Oversee advanced product start-ups in new factories.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management Science.
• Ability to manage large datasets and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Power BI skills are a plus.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Must be available for on-site presence in Kulim, Malaysia.
