What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between factory and supply chain organizations.
• Translate business requirements into strategies for BOM risk mitigation and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate material acquisition for New Product Introduction (NPI) and transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define demand and influence component selection.
• Manage supplier performance, cost benchmarking, and on-time delivery.
• Lead procurement operations and develop new standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain commercial and procurement.
• Experience with startup greenfield projects.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder and communication management.
• Strong background in strategy, planning, and risk management for supply chain operations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Penang, Malaysia.
