What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supplier performance and material availability to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable strategies for BOM risk assessment and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate material acquisition for New Product Introduction (NPI) and ramp readiness for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define demand and influence supplier and component selection.
• Drive on-time delivery and cycle time performance while resolving material escalations and BOM cost benchmarking.
• Develop and improve organizational systems and tools to drive supply chain efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain commercial and procurement.
• Experience with startup greenfield exposure.
• Proven track record in stakeholder and communication management.
• Expertise in strategy, planning, and risk management for supply chain operations.
