What you will do

• Define the roadmap for scaling the design function, including systems and frameworks.
• Establish design operating systems, rituals, and AI-enabled workflows to improve quality and velocity.
• Drive experience strategy across product lines to ensure a cohesive ecosystem.
• Raise the quality bar and mentor designers, owning talent development and team culture.
• Operate as a peer-level leader, challenging assumptions and advocating for the customer experience at the executive level.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience designing and scaling design organizations.
• Strong expertise in design operations, AI-enabled workflows, and design systems.
• Leadership experience across large platform ecosystems and complex user journeys.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge senior leadership.
