What you will do

• Develop and maintain a strategic vendor base for prioritized product categories.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities regarding quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Support product line transitions from initial sourcing through costing, sampling, and laboratory testing.
• Analyze market landscape and portfolio data to identify and propose new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with merchandising, packaging, and quality teams to ensure enterprise objectives are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant buying experience in retail or 2+ years in project management/product development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product implementation and strategy.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and supplier proposals.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to travel overseas 15-30% of the time.
