What you will do

• Lead development teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget, and resources.
• Build and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels to ensure project alignment.
• Create and manage project legal documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposals, and change orders.
• Develop and execute project plans and manage budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Identify and drive resource fulfillment in cooperation with service departments.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coach team members, and assist in the recruitment of new talent.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience with at least 4.5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of managing projects exceeding 5,000 hours and leading teams of 20+ members.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferable.
