What you will do

• Lead the implementation of lean and continuous improvement strategies across the organization.
• Drive process optimization and variation reduction initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and various improvement projects.
• Coach and mentor teams to build and strengthen internal continuous improvement capabilities.
• Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embrace change and operational excellence.
• Deliver training to enhance lean knowledge and implement cost-effective improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in operational excellence, lean, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Background working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
