Location: Sevenoaks, UK with Hybrid Working. No visa sponsorship available; candidates must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.

Salary: £28,230 – £37,101 plus £1,500 annual bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of motor claims, predominantly Third Party Personal Injury (Portal and Non Portal).
  • Handle out-of-jurisdiction claims, property damage, credit hire, and accident damage from infancy to settlement.
  • Validate claims for indemnity and fraud, ensuring proactive and correct assessment of liability.
  • Perform accurate quantum assessments and apply reserves in line with company guidelines.
  • Minimize indemnity spend through informed commercial decision-making.
  • Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced claims handlers.

Requirements

  • Experience handling injury claims outside of the Low Value Personal Injury Claims Portal.
  • Knowledge of civil procedure rules regarding offers, acceptances, and litigation risks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to perform detailed fact-finding and analyze information for accurate decision-making.
  • Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship provided).
