What you will do

• Develop new software aligned with business needs and corporate development standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure proper application design and implementation.
• Analyze system specifications and translate complex requirements into manageable technical tasks.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across various teams.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and solve complex technical problems within the system.
• Maintain and refactor existing software to optimize performance and fix bugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience with C# in .NET Framework or .NET Core.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
• Proficiency in architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM) and design patterns (Repository, Factory, Facade).
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Must be based in or able to work from Westlake, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of queueing services such as RabbitMQ, Service Bus, or MSMQ.
• Experience with mocking frameworks like MOQ or Rhino.
