What you will do

• Design and ship production-grade dbt models across Payments, Debt Collection, Risk, and Finance domains.
• Establish a single source of truth for core business metrics and govern canonical KPIs.
• Build domain data products that support both operational reporting and ML feature engineering.
• Own the governance layer, including data contracts, column-level lineage, and semantic definitions.
• Structure the semantic layer to be machine-readable and AI-ready for self-serve BI and AI-powered use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and business leads to translate complex domain logic into precise data models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer building production-grade data models.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Advanced dbt expertise in modeling, testing, data contracts, and documentation.
• Proven ability in systems thinking and cross-domain architectural decision-making.
• English proficiency required; CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data tasks.
• Familiarity with data governance and lineage tools like OpenMetadata.
• Domain knowledge in Fintech or financial services.
• Spanish language skills.
