What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives in collaboration with Product, Design, and Data teams.
• Drive engineering excellence by implementing best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
• Guide technical architecture and decision-making, participating in design discussions and code reviews.
• Monitor and improve delivery metrics, reliability, and overall engineering performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to influence technical decisions.
• Track record of delivering complex products in agile environments.
• Experience leading remote or distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, GraphQL, or Python.
