What you will do

• Build and develop core components of the hirify.global Platform.
• Create scalable server applications using the Go programming language.
• Design and implement efficient REST APIs.
• Engineer distributed systems and integrate cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Work with SQL-92 and optimize database interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience developing server applications in Go.
• Deep understanding of the HTTP protocol, JSON, and core data structures.
• Proven experience in REST API development and solid SQL (SQL-92) skills.
• Knowledge of distributed systems engineering concepts.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes (especially developing k8s operators).
• Deep understanding of file systems, ZFS, and observability tools.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools and a history of Open Source contributions.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (Algorithms, Data Structures, System Optimization).
• Proficiency in English and experience working in remote environments.
