TL;DR
Senior Backend Engineer (Go/AI): Building the execution layer for AI agents and skill automations with an accent on distributed systems, scalability, and reliability. Focus on developing Go-based services, implementing asynchronous event-driven architectures, and managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
Location: Hybrid. Remote work is possible, but requires quarterly 5-day visits to the Wrocław office. Candidate must have a registered business in selected EU countries for B2B contract.

What you will do
- Build, scale, and maintain Go-based backend services powering AI skill execution and workflow scheduling.
- Implement key features including workflow sharing, credential sharing, and new third-party integrations.
- Design and implement APIs in collaboration with the frontend team to unlock new product capabilities.
- Develop the unified skill builder and AI generator for natural language descriptions.
- Manage DevOps infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, and GCP.
- Drive architectural decisions for the evolution and migration of the workflow execution engine.
Requirements
- Production-grade experience with Go.
- Deep understanding of asynchronous distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and job queues.
- Hands-on experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Google Pub/Sub.
- Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design and query optimization at scale.
- Must be able to operate via B2B contract with a registered business in selected EU countries.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow engines like Temporal, Conductor, or Airflow.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and GCP.
- Experience with Redis or Valkey for caching and synchronization.
- Basic exposure to Node.js.
