What you will do

• Develop and maintain core backend systems and APIs for the insurance platform.
• Build internal tooling to streamline engineering and business processes.
• Integrate with external services for payments, documents, and claims management.

• Provide mentorship and technical support to team members.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and architectural discussions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. and currently residing in the U.S.
• At least 4 years of professional experience developing backend web applications.
• Professional experience leveraging Go.
• Must be able to complete a code challenge in Go as part of the interview process.
• Proven track record of improving business-critical systems for stability and scalability.
• Ability to deliver complete systems with minimal supervision.
