Salary: PLN 10,400 – 11,000 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Create, edit, and proofread content for B2B performance marketing and advertising channels.
• Develop compelling narratives regarding Revolut Business and its feature set.
• Produce messaging for growth channels across the top, mid, and bottom of the marketing funnel.
• Optimize content for multiple markets while adhering to the style guide and tone of voice.
• Review long-form content such as scripts, ebooks, landing pages, and brochures.
• Collaborate with Business Marketing and Design teams to create standout content.

Requirements

• English: Fluency required.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising, or content creation.
• Deep understanding of B2B content best practices and target audience psychology.
• Expertise in producing high volumes of sharp, varied copy for multiple markets.
• Self-starter mindset capable of managing priorities independently.
• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or UK.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of B2B experience in technology, SaaS, or finance sectors.
• Understanding of keyword research and extensive experience with Google Ads.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting content.
