What you will do

• Create, edit, and proofread content for B2B performance marketing and advertising channels.
• Develop compelling narratives about hirify.global Business and its features to drive measurable results.
• Produce high-quality messaging for the top, mid, and bottom of the marketing funnel.
• Optimize content for multiple markets while adhering to style guides and tone of voice.
• Review long-form content including scripts, ebooks, landing pages, and brochures.
• Collaborate with Business Marketing and Design teams to create stand-out content.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1+).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising, or content creation.
• Expertise in producing high volumes of sharp, varied copy for multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of target audience psychology and B2B content best practices.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities independently in a high-performance environment.
• Must be based in Lisbon, London, Madrid (office) or Poland, Porto, Portugal, Spain, UAE (remote).

Nice to have

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, SaaS, or finance sectors.
• Understanding of keyword research and experience with paid media (Google Ads).
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting content.
